Fantastic Stay with Great Amenities!
tasty cocktails cozy seating quiet night
The bar area had tasty cocktails and a cozy outside seating area, complete with heaters. I found this great. The location offered easy access to the train station. That was very useful. I liked that the area was busy, but the hotel remained quiet at night.
The stairs were quite steep.

powerful shower tea facilities free parking
The standard double room was perfect for my needs, and it included tea making facilities. the shower was very powerful. Elemis body wash and lotion were also available. free parking proved a massive bonus!
The pillows were awful. They had lumps.

train station helpful staff cozy seating
The hotel's location near the train station made travel easy. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The pub offered food service all day, including a cozy outside seating area with heaters. I appreciated the quick access to various cafes and restaurants nearby.
I found the noise from the busy main road noticeable at night.

The room was clean, warm, and large with a big bathroom. A kettle and tea and coffee making facilities were in the room. The shower worked well and provided an adequate level of water pressure.

The bar had a great selection of cocktails and pub food looked delicious. The breakfast service was quick and efficient, with a good variety of options. The chef accommodated a gluten-free request, which I found very accommodating.

satisfactory stay
air conditioning good location clean room check-in wait no soap unnecessary towel change
the room included air conditioning. the location was convenient for a concert i attended at the o2 academy brixton. i found the room clean and well-equipped.
On a friday, i experienced a wait to check in. the receptionist was managing the bar simultaneously. i noticed there was no soap in the shower. Only shampoo and conditioner were available. towels were changed after a single night of use, which seemed unnecessary.
